Standard Payment Terms

  1. Deposit of 6.000 Euros to confirm reservation.
  2. 30plus VAT on the signing of the private purchase contract, which will be drawn up within a maximum of 20 days from the reservation.
  3. 20plus VAT before 30th of January 2004
  4. 20plus VAT before 30th of June 2004
  5. 30plus VAT on the signing of the title deed and handing over of the keys to the apartment.

You have the option to delay the "third and fourth" payments until the title deed signature as shown bellow. In case the client choose any of these options there will be an increase over the property price due to the expenses caused by the payment delay.
